Our Foundation

Giving

At ThriveMore, our mission comes to life through caring for residents, strengthening community and supporting caregivers. Generous gifts allow us to ensure older adults receive compassionate care, invest in innovative programs and environment, and empower the dedicated team members who serve them every day. Together, these commitments create communities where residents, families and caregivers can truly thrive.

Caring for Older Adults. Strengthening Communities. Supporting Caregivers.

Three Core

Priorities for the Foundation

Supporting Older Adults in Need

We ensure stability and dignity for every senior, regardless of their financial circumstances. We bridge the gap when funds fall short and support residents who have outlived their retirement savings. Additionally, our Pastoral Legacy and Good Neighbor Funds provide entrance fee assistance for faithful ministry leaders and deserving seniors.

Investing in Places Where Older Adults Thrive

We invest in campus improvements, modern tools, and cutting-edge care models across Brookridge, Ardenwoods, Taylor Glen, and Taylor House. Philanthropy powers pioneering environments like the EverTogether couples memory care model and the relationship-centered Green House Home small-home model.

Supporting Our Team Members

Behind every thriving senior living community is a dedicated team, and when our caregivers feel valued and equipped, they can bring their best selves to the residents they serve. We offer support to team members navigating unexpected personal hardships, as well as opportunities for team members to develop new skills and advance their career.

Medicine from the Heart

Community Impact

Medicine From the Heart is a program dedicated to ensuring that no one has to choose between their health and their finances. Through the generous support of our donors and community partners, we provide life-saving medications to individuals and families who simply cannot afford them. Your giving makes this possible.

Easy and Efficient

Ways to Give

We offer several convenient ways for you to make a difference in the lives of older adults. Your gifts to the Baptist Retirement Homes Foundation are greatly appreciated and fully tax deductible.

For more information about giving options, please contact Kevin Cook, Director of Development, at (315) 430-8289 or email kcook@thrivemorenc.org.

Giving online is quick, easy and secure. Simply click the Donate Now button above to make a one-time gift or set up a recurring donation. Every dollar you contribute goes directly to supporting the mission of the Baptist Retirement Homes Foundation.

A gift of appreciated stocks, bonds or mutual fund shares can provide significant tax benefits while making a lasting impact on our communities. Donating appreciated assets allows you to avoid capital gains taxes and make a larger gift than you might be able to with cash alone.

To help you get started on your plans and legacy, you can use FreeWill, an online tool that guides you through the process of creating your will or trust. It’s easy to use, accessible online, and can be completed in 20 minutes. You can use this resource on its own, or use it to document your wishes before finalizing your plans with an attorney.

Have you already included a gift in your will or trust? Please fill out this form to let us know! We would love to thank you for your generosity.

Do you have an IRA, 401(k), life-insurance policy, or any other assets not included in your will? If so, these are called non-probate assets and you must plan your beneficiaries for them separately. Use this online tool to make your plans and designate us as a beneficiary of one or more of these assets.

Businesses and organizations are invited to partner with us through corporate sponsorships or grants. Corporate giving is a powerful way to demonstrate your company’s commitment to the well-being of older adults while gaining visibility and recognition for your philanthropic efforts.
