Our memory care neighborhoods offer a safe, supportive environment staffed by caring, highly trained team members. Our signature memory care program, Mindful Impressions, creates meaningful connections and provides emotional support when it's needed most. Taylor Glen residents will soon have access to North Carolina's first Green House model for memory care. Brookridge is adding an innovative Couples Memory Care program. Providing support for the caregiving spouse and allowing the couple to remain together.

If you've been discharged from the hospital but aren't ready to return home, our senior rehabilitation team can help you get back to the life you love. ThriveMore at Home
If you are happy living at home and want to age in place, ThriveMore at Home can help. We offer a variety of plans and coverage levels that help you stay at home as your needs change. As a ThriveMore at Home member, you'll benefit from having a personal Wellness Coordinator at your side who can help manage everything from home safety and maintenance to wellness services and in-home care.
