Eric Nooe Receives National Dining Leadership Award

We’re pleased to share that Eric Nooe, ThriveMore’s Corporate Executive Chef, has been named the recipient of the Chef Divakar Raju Memorial Award for Corporate Dining Executive of the Year by the Senior Dining Association.

The award was presented today at a ceremony in Charlotte, where Eric was surrounded by his culinary teammates, ThriveMore leadership and his family. It was a meaningful moment that reflected both the significance of the recognition and the strong relationships Eric has built along the way.

Eric joined ThriveMore about two years ago as Executive Chef at Brookridge, where he quickly made a positive and lasting impact on dining operations and resident engagement. He introduced new ways for residents to be involved, including collaborative menu development, interactive cooking demonstrations and a resident food committee. These efforts helped improve satisfaction and strengthen dining as an important part of daily life within the community.

Based on his success at Brookridge, ThriveMore created the Corporate Executive Chef role to extend Eric’s leadership across the organization. In this position, Eric now supports all four ThriveMore communities, working closely with teams to improve consistency, address operational challenges and lead change thoughtfully. His recent work includes opening two new dining venues and guiding the organization‑wide implementation of a new Point of Sale system, with a focus on smooth transitions for both residents and staff.

Eric is known for his collaborative leadership style, steady approach and genuine commitment to the people he serves and works alongside. This award recognizes not only his professional accomplishments, but also the care and intention he brings to his role every day.

We’re grateful for Eric’s contributions to ThriveMore and proud to see his work recognized at the national level. Congratulations to Eric on this well‑deserved honor.
