After a national search, Baptist Retirement Homes has selected Jennifer Bartscht as its Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Jennifer has more than 20 years of sales experience in the senior living space. That experience includes sales team leadership as well as multi-site sales expertise.

Jennifer is considered one of the best sales and marketing leaders by her peers. She has a servant leader approach and excels at growing and mentoring sales people to successfully help the organization achieve its occupancy goals.
